Poster Presenter Guidelines:-

Global Mental Health Psychiatry and Wellness Summit

Dear Presenter,We are delighted to have you as a valued contributor to the Global Mental Health Psychiatry and Wellness Summit. To ensure a smooth experience and maximum visibility for your poster presentation, please follow the guidelines below.

🔹 1. Welcome & Expectations
• We sincerely appreciate your participation

• Poster presenters play a key role in scientific exchange and discussion

• Professionalism, collaboration, and active engagement are expected throughout the summit

🔹 2. Abstract Submission

• Abstracts must follow the prescribed abstract template

• File format: Word document

• Font: Times New Roman | Size: 11

• Word limit: Maximum 300 words

• Keywords: Up to 5
Abstract Order:

• Title

• Presenting Author

• Co-Authors

• Primary Affiliation

• Abstract Text

• Keywords• Up to 2 images may be included

Submit along with:

– Recent professional photograph

– Organization/Institution logo

• Abstract Review Fee: GBP 30 per submission

• Review fee payment is mandatory for abstract consideration• After review completion, the Acceptance Letter will be sent via email• Upon acceptance, registration must be completed at:https://mental-health.utilitarianconferences.com/registration


🔹 3. Professional Headshot & Biography
• Submit a high-resolution professional photo

Biography (200–300 words) should include:

– Professional background

– Current role / affiliation

– Expertise, achievements, and notable contributions• This ensures quality poster profiles and program visibility

🔹 4. Organization & Logo

• Provide organization/institution name

• Submit official logo in PNG or JPEG (high quality)

• Used for website, brochures, banners, and promotions

🔹 5. Presentation Slot & Timing

• Poster presentation time: 15–20 minutes including Q&A

• Plan content to fit the allocated time

• Allow interaction with attendees

🔹 6. Slide & Poster Presentation Guidelines

• Recommended slides/poster content: 15–25 slides (if applicable)

• Keep content clear, professional, and visually engaging

Use:

– High-contrast colors

– Readable fonts

– Relevant visuals (graphs, charts, images)• Include the official conference logo for branding consistency

🔹 7. Audience Engagement

• Speak clearly at a moderate pace

• Avoid reading directly from slides/poster

• Maintain eye contact and use gestures

• Encourage questions and discussions

• Tailor content to the audience’s knowledge level

🔹 8. Promotion & Social Media

• Poster presenters will receive a poster banner / social media kit

• Share participation on:

– LinkedIn

– Twitter (X)

– Facebook

– Instagram

🔹 9. Recognition & Awards

• Best Poster Award evaluation is based on:

– Quality of poster content
Clarity of presentation

Engagement and delivery

• Award criteria will be communicated during the summit
