Speaker Guidelines:-

Global Mental Health Psychiatry and Wellness Summit

Dear Speaker,We are delighted to welcome you as a valued contributor to the Global Mental Health Psychiatry and Wellness Summit. Your expertise and participation play a vital role in the success of this international forum. To ensure a smooth experience and maximum visibility for your presentation, kindly follow the guidelines outlined below.


1. Welcome & Expectations

We sincerely appreciate your participation in the Global Mental Health Psychiatry and Wellness Summit. Speakers are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, collaborate constructively with fellow experts, and actively contribute to meaningful scientific discussions throughout the conference.

2. Abstract Submission

  • All abstracts must be prepared according to the prescribed abstract template.Formatting Requirements:
    File format: Word document
    Font: Times New Roman
    Font size: 11
    Word limit: Maximum 300 words
    Keywords: Up to 5

An Abstract Review Fee of GBP 30 is applicable for each submission to cover the evaluation and peer-review process. Payment of the review fee is mandatory for abstract consideration.

Following completion of the review process, the official Abstract Acceptance Letter will be sent to the corresponding author via email.Upon receipt of the Acceptance Letter, authors must complete their registration through the official portal: https://mental-health.utilitarianconferences.com/registration

3. Professional Headshot & Biography

Speakers are requested to submit:
A high-resolution professional headshot
A biography (200–300 words)
highlighting:Professional background
Current role and affiliation
Areas of expertise
Key achievements and notable contributions

This information will be used to create high-quality speaker profiles in the conference program and on official platforms.

4. Organization & Logo

Please provide:Organization/Institution nameOfficial logo in high-quality PNG or JPEG format

These materials will be used across the conference website, brochures, banners, and promotional materials to ensure consistent branding.

5. Presentation Slot & Timing

Each speaker will be assigned a specific presentation time slot (e.g., 20–25 minutes including Q&A).

Speakers are encouraged to plan their presentation accordingly and allow sufficient time for audience interaction.

6. Slide & Presentation Guidelines

  • Recommended number of slides:
    15–25 slides
    Slides should be professional, clear, and visually engaging
  • Use:
    High-contrast colors
    Readable fonts
    Relevant visuals (charts, graphs, images)
    Include the official conference logo on each slide for brand consistency
    Well-structured slides enhance audience engagement and contribute positively to speaker evaluation.

7. Audience Engagement

Speakers are encouraged to:Speak clearly at a moderate paceAvoid reading directly from slidesMaintain eye contact and use appropriate gesturesEncourage questions and participate actively in discussionsTailor content to the audience’s knowledge level and interests

8. Promotion & Social Media

Speakers will be provided with a speaker banner or social media kit.

We encourage speakers to promote their participation on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, and Instagram to maximize outreach and engagement.

9. Recognition & Awards

The Best Speaker Award at the Global Mental Health Psychiatry and Wellness Summit will be evaluated based on:Quality of presentation contentEffectiveness of deliveryDesign and clarity of presentation slides

Award details and evaluation criteria will be communicated during the conference.
